If not, you can return/exchange your items.

Before exchanging or returning a product or your entire order, please contact us at info@sannicosports.com. No exchanges/returns will be accepted without our authorization. All returns and/or exchanges that are not defects will be subject to store credit only.

When returning items, please remember the following:

Return within 10 days.

The return process must begin within 10 days of receiving your order. No refunds for customer errors regarding size and/or style. All returns are for the purchase price only, which does not include shipping. All personalized products are final sale. All products must be returned unused, unopened (product seal), and in their original packaging or we may not be able to accept them. Returns that are used, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return and may be sent back to the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your return will be processed, usually within 10 business days.

Returns only new items

Returned shoes, clothing, and accessories must be in new, unworn condition, free of scuffs, scratches, stains, tears, or hairline and with the original tags attached.

Some items cannot be returned

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Keep Tags

Please keep this tag if you wish to return the item. If you return an item without the original tags attached, the return will not be processed.
